KiC currently has over 300 members, and is defined by an organic, flat structure, that has made it an easygoing network. But as KiC continues to grow, a small leadership team of members works hard behind the scenes.

 

This pro-bono Convenors Group fosters membership connection and events, empowers advocacy initiatives, and curates best-practice processes, kaupapa, and the KiC brand. With members spread across the globe, the Convenors refresh every 12-18 months to ensure a diversity of voices, backgrounds, and ideas – currently welcoming three new convenors for 2024-25.
